What happens
Install day, step by step

The fiber drop
We bring fiber from the street to your home, overhead or underground to match your utilities. Our crew walks the route with you before anything happens.

Mounting the fiber terminal
The ONT goes where the fiber enters, usually a garage, utility room, or closet. It needs one power outlet and zero attention afterward.

Router and WiFi design
We place the router where physics says it should go (not where the old one sat), design mesh coverage if your home needs it, and name your network the way you want.

The walkout test
We speed-test wired and over WiFi, connect your key devices, and show you the app. We leave when it zooms, not before.
