I recently moved to the U.S., and here in DeSoto, I chose local internet and Wi-Fi service from Zoom Fiber because I wanted to support a local business. However, I never expected their support service to be so outstanding. Every time I’ve encountered an internet issue, their support team has resolved it quickly, and my internet speed hasn't dropped off at all.

This is just as good as Google or ATT Fiber. A family business who built an end to end fiber infrastructure they themselves use. There are the cheap off-brand Clearwave Fiber type of companies in less populated areas that is not true fiber. When that was our option we actually switched back to Spectrum. That is how bad Clearwave was, and then they refused to shut off the service until we threatened to report them to the state AG. With Zoom, I have never had Internet so easy to setup. I walk in my new place, search for Wi-Fi on my tv or phone,and there is my Wifi name and I have a temp password they gave me. You just log in and change your password and the fiber is going. I had Netflix on in 2 minutes. I hope this company can grow to service this rapidly growing very western area of the KCMO and even central KS. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you Zoom for being the easiest part of my move.

We’re new to De Soto and weren’t sure where to look for a good quality internet provider since I work from home. So so glad we found Zoom Fiber! Darcy was super helpful getting us set up and we’ve really enjoyed our internet so far.

I work from home and needed something reliable and Zoom Fiber has been great. Speeds are fast, meetings don’t drop, and it’s nice working with a company that actually answers the phone and doesn't keep you on hold for hours like spectrum. Really glad we switched!
