Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ZoomFiber, written to be read.
These terms govern your use of ZoomFiber internet service. By using the service, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us; we would rather explain than surprise.
The service
We provide residential and business fiber internet at the speeds described in your plan. Speeds are symmetrical and unmetered; actual device performance depends on in-home factors like WiFi conditions and device capability.
Your account
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private. You are responsible for use of the service at your address, including by guests and household members.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and considerately. The full details live in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
Equipment
The fiber terminal and any ZoomFiber-provided router remain our property and must be returned if service ends. Customer-owned equipment is welcome per our Bring Your Own Device guidelines; we support the handoff and our network, and your equipment remains your responsibility.
Billing
Plans bill monthly at the advertised price. We do not do teaser rates that balloon later. If you ever believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
Service changes and cancellation
You may change or cancel service at any time; there are no long-term contracts on standard residential plans. We may suspend service for non-payment or acceptable-use violations, with notice where practicable.
Liability
We work hard to keep service reliable, but no network is perfect. Our liability for service interruptions is limited to service credits as described in your plan terms, to the extent permitted by law.
